The Elizabeth C. Quinlan Foundation is seeking the best way of addressing the overwhelming needs of nonprofit organizations and those they serve in these challenging times. We will strive to maintain our level of giving in 2021 but will not be able to make a significant increase due to our limited resources. Our trustees have made the difficult decision to restrict funding in 2021 to those organizations we have funded in the recent past.
The following needs to be included in an application
The purpose and amount of the request
A description of the organization, its mission and programs
A description of the program for which funds are being sought and its budget and/or the overall budget of the organization
A copy of the IRS letter verifying your tax exempt status must be included for your request to be considered.

The Elizabeth C. Quinlan Foundation requests that an organization not funded within the previous five years submit a letter of inquiry prior to June 30.
The Foundation makes no grants to individuals, political organizations, sports organizations or fraternal organizations. It does no goodwill advertising nor does it fund benefits.
The Board of Trustees meets annually, in the fall, for the consideration of all proposals.
All proposals must be received by September 1st.
